Company Risk Snapshot
A short scope check confirms whether the request fits the standard $225 package.
How It Works
BCI begins with the business decision, confirms the appropriate research scope, conducts bounded public-source research and analysis, and delivers a written assessment focused on what the findings mean for that decision.
Step 1
BCI offers five starting points:
If you are not sure which service fits, describe the company, the business decision, and the issues you need to understand. BCI can determine the appropriate starting point.
Step 2
The initial intake is intentionally short. You provide:
You do not need to design the research methodology or know how to frame formal intelligence requirements. Describe the decision and what you need to understand. BCI develops the appropriate analytical framework.
Step 3
The scope-confirmation process depends on the service selected.
A short scope check confirms whether the request fits the standard $225 package.
BCI reviews the request and confirms that it fits the standard $550 scope before payment is requested.
BCI confirms the priority issues and provides the final scope, price, deliverable, and anticipated turnaround before payment.
BCI verifies the baseline assessment and agrees on the monitoring scope before subscription activation.
BCI reviews the requirement and provides a written scope and quote before work begins.
If the selected service is not the appropriate fit, BCI may recommend a different package or a custom scope rather than force the assignment into the wrong service level.
Step 4
Standard one-time engagements are prepaid after the applicable scope has been confirmed.
Company Monitoring begins when the monitoring scope has been approved and the recurring subscription has been activated.
Published turnaround begins only after:
The Project Start confirmation identifies the accepted service and anticipated delivery window.
Step 5
BCI reviews relevant lawfully accessible public sources and evaluates the findings in the context of the client’s business decision.
Source selection depends on the company and the questions being addressed.
Information supported by reliable public-source evidence.
What the available evidence reasonably indicates when considered in context.
Information that reduces, qualifies, or provides context for an identified risk.
Material questions that cannot be reliably resolved from the available public information.
Research Discipline
Research continues only until sufficient reliable public-source information has been collected to address the agreed questions at the applicable service level.
If the research identifies an issue that would require materially deeper investigation, BCI identifies that issue rather than automatically expanding the engagement or adding charges.
Deeper work can be separately scoped when warranted.
Step 6
One-time engagements are delivered electronically as a PDF report.
Depending on the service, the assessment may include:
Company Monitoring provides monthly updates plus interim notice where warranted for material developments identified during scheduled monitoring.
After Delivery
The initial assessment may provide everything needed for the decision.
A Company Risk Snapshot may identify an issue that warrants a Corporate Intelligence Brief or Enhanced Due Diligence. An important ongoing relationship may later justify Company Monitoring.
Follow-on work is considered only when the findings justify it and is not automatically added to an engagement.
Research Boundaries
BCI focuses on companies, business entities, corporate leadership, and decision-relevant corporate risks using lawfully accessible public information.
BCI does not perform:
Publicly reported cybersecurity, privacy, regulatory, leadership, governance, and other corporate-risk issues may be assessed when relevant to the engagement.
Information Gaps
Public-source research cannot always resolve every material question.
When reliable public information does not support a conclusion, BCI identifies the issue as an information gap rather than presenting an unsupported judgment as fact.
In some situations, the information gap itself may be relevant to the business decision.
Next Step
Choose a service or describe the company and what you need to understand.
