About BCI

Corporate Research Built Around the Decision

Beaty Corporate Intelligence provides analyst-led public-source corporate research and risk analysis for business relationships, investments, acquisitions, and other company-specific decisions.

The objective is not to collect every available fact about a company. It is to identify the information most relevant to the decision, assess what the evidence supports, and make unresolved questions visible.

Analytical Approach

Focused on What the Evidence Supports

Source-Driven

Material findings are grounded in identifiable, lawfully accessible public sources.

Decision-Focused

Research concentrates on the issues most likely to affect the client’s stated business decision.

Analytically Disciplined

Established facts, analytical judgments, mitigating indicators, and unresolved information gaps remain distinct.

Bounded

Research is performed to the agreed service level rather than expanding automatically when additional questions emerge.

Analyst-Led

Direct Involvement From Intake Through Reporting

Beaty Corporate Intelligence is led by Alan Beaty, a retired U.S. Air Force officer and former federal program manager with a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

His professional background includes developing, evaluating, and presenting decision-oriented information for senior leaders and stakeholders.

BCI research and analysis are conducted directly by the Principal Analyst, providing continuity between the client’s question, the research, the assessment, and the final report.

Research Discipline

What BCI Emphasizes

Decision Relevance

Research is structured around the business question rather than around a generic collection checklist.

Source Transparency

Material findings are tied to identifiable sources so the basis for the assessment can be understood and reviewed.

Fact and Judgment Separation

What is established by the evidence is distinguished from what the evidence reasonably indicates.

Visible Information Gaps

Material questions that cannot be reliably resolved from public information are identified rather than filled with unsupported assumptions.

Service Model

A Deliberately Focused Practice

BCI is structured as a focused analyst-led practice rather than a large investigative firm.

Standard services are designed around defined company-specific questions, bounded public-source research, clear deliverables, and realistic turnaround periods.

Assignments requiring materially broader, specialized, multi-company, or otherwise nonstandard work are separately reviewed and scoped.

Scope

Public-Source Corporate Intelligence

BCI focuses on lawful research concerning companies, business entities, corporate leadership, ownership and control, governance, financial and operational conditions, legal and regulatory exposure, and other decision-relevant corporate risks.

BCI does not perform consumer background investigations, surveillance, impersonation or pretexting, unauthorized access to systems or accounts, technical penetration testing, or acquisition of restricted or improperly obtained private information.
